Earlier this year I became the successor trustee for my parent's trust which included real estate and personal property in Kimberling City, Mo, which needed to be liquidated. I am employed full time and live 750 miles away in Virginia. This posed what seemed to be a nearly impossible situation for me and my wife due to the time and money it would have taken to complete the task. A neighbor who lives across the street from the property put me in touch with Larry Foster. That meeting turned our seemingly hopeless situation into one of best business experiences we've ever been involved in. Larry and his team handled nearly every aspect of the project from start to finish such as sorting out the personal property, cleaning up the property, setting up and advertising the auction and conducting the auction itself as well as arranging for the real estate closing after the auction.
Auction day was, as would be expected, was a very emotional, yet enjoyable, experience for our family. Larry and his team showed up after many hours of hard work in preparation for the event and conducted a successful auction in a professional manner for which we are most grateful. Larry Foster Auction & Appraisal Service is a group of honest, hard working people who really know how to get the job done! I would use their services without hesitation again, if needed, and highly recommend them.
