Everything in the building will be sold in person at a LIVE Public Auction - This will be a walk-through LIVE AUCTION - Must be present to bid, NO online bidding for this final sale.

The remaining contents of the hotel include office furniture, office supplies, computer monitors, security system remaining contents of approximately 30 hotel rooms TVs, mini-fridges, microwaves, beds, furniture, miscellaneous interior, lighting, remaining contents of a maintenance building, air compressor, nut, bolts, cabinets, and supplies.
There is also more copper pipe, gas hot water heaters, stainless steel shelves, carts, folding tables interior doors, a new garage door with an electric opener and more!!
Please note: The power will be shut off on January 31st - utility items can be removed after this date.
