These are the terms and conditions for an estate sale hosted by Caring Transitions of Menifee:

Payment Methods:
Cash, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted.
A 3% surcharge is applied to all credit card payments (this surcharge does not exceed the cost of accepting credit cards).
No surcharge for debit card payments.
Sales Policy:
All Sales Are Final: No refunds, returns, or guarantees.
Condition of Items: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Expect normal signs of wear for antiques, vintage, and used items.
Jewelry: Jewelry is not certified by a jeweler, and no Certificate of Authenticity is provided unless specifically noted.
Mechanical/Technical Items: No guarantees for the working condition of clocks, watches, or electronic devices.
Liability:
Not Responsible for Breakage or Loss: Neither Caring Transitions nor the homeowner is responsible for damage, breakage, or loss of items.
Accidents and Injuries: Attendees assume responsibility for their safety; no liability for accidents or injuries on the premises.
Restrictions:
No Food or Drinks: You are not allowed to bring food or drinks into the premises.
No Strollers, Pets, Large Bags: Strollers, pets (except service dogs), large purses, bins, or bags are not permitted.
No Public Restrooms: There will be no restrooms available for public use.
Moving Assistance:
Bring Help: Buyers must bring their own tools and assistance to move, disassemble, or load items.
Item Removal: Purchasers must remove their items by the end of the sale.
Numbering System:
A numbering system will be available at least an hour before the sale starts.
