Auction Close: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 PM CDT, Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Payment terms: Terms are Credit Card only. Credit card will be charged to the card on file immediately after auction closes. No items will be removed until payment in full has been received. Purchases over $5,000 must be a cashier's check or wire transfer unless previous arrangements with Auctioneer have been made. No credit card surcharge will be applied. Buyer's premium: There is a 15% buyer's premium on all purchases made through on-line bidding. Previews of Items: There is no preview for this auction. Pick up of items: PLEASE NOTICE PICK UP DATE. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THE DATE PROVIDED. Local pick up is available Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM CDT only. Itemss are located near the Blair Airport, Blair, NE. Payment is required prior to pick up. Any items remaining in our warehouse after May 15, 2025 will become property of Menke Aucition and Reality.
