This is an online estate sale. Please read location and pick up times before bidding. All bidders are required to pick up items at the time/location specified. We do not transport or store items. It is an automatic forfeit of items if you do not pick up.
Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor or out building. Small breakable items may need to be packed or boxed - bring your own materials. All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns or refunds. Cash or Venmo are forms of payment. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. In this auction you will find silk tunics, linen shirts, wool dresses, cashmere sweaters, silk scarves, soft cotton lounging attire, name handbags, and great shoes. Most clothing pieces are in the 14 – 20 size range with the majority in the middle of that range. Shoes run 7 – 7 ½. Our client invested in her wardrobe & took impeccable care of her items – most show little sign of being worn - many still have original tags attached. The few issues we noticed while photographing are noted in the descriptions – we think all are minor and easily remedied as noted. Pick ups in Kent-Friday May 9th Noon – 2 p.m.Saturday May 10th 9 a.m. – Noon
