You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash and Zelle only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. Life-long collection of everything beautiful and high quality…in a charming, original house in Dover Shores. I knew this family well and it is my honor and pleasure to conduct this sale.
She and her husband were Old Newport in the best sense…Dry witted, kind, generous, great senses of humor….and it shows. They entertained often, I know as I was fortunate enough to attend some of their delightful events and dinners. As you can imagine, there is everything one would ever want or need for entertaining.
Porcelain and china, a huge amount, including Dresden, Limoges, Herend, Spode, and more. Cup and saucer collection too…Great quality and beautiful.
Various Asian items, American brilliant cut glass, figurines, large amount of silver plate and some sterling including dresser jars, etc. Carved antique furniture, including chairs, side tables, roll top desk, and Deco Armoire…
Furniture, antique furniture, men’s and women’s clothing, linens, bedding, some garage items, and so much more.
Some of the rooms we have set up in are very tight….We therefore ask you not to bring large bags, purses or coats.
We will be hosting small groups and will need to stagger people to avoid congestion and overcrowding. Obviously not everyone can be in the very first group. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Also, since we are limited as to how many people can attend, please honor your appointment/time slot.
