ALL Buyers are responsible to bring their own help(Labor) to assist with pickup and loading, as well as their own packing supplies(Box and wrapping paper, packing pads).
The Auction Company does not provide man power for pickup or loading.

If a pickup time is not scheduled or arrangements made for pickup within 5 business days of auction close, all items we deem shippable will be prepared for shipment. An invoice will be sent for shipping costs, if not paid within 14 days items are considered abandoned and NO REFUND of purchase price will be issued.

The Packing and Shipping Fees are then between the BUYER and the third-party shipper. The BUYER assumes ALL risk of loss, upon delivery to the third-party shipper. Should BUYER reject the third-party shipper's packing and shipping charges, the Item/s will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to Auction Company and/or original Seller with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the Auction Co. and/or Seller may resell said item/s and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal.
