Buyer Terms and Conditions
1. Buyer's Premium: A 17% buyer's premium will be added to the total amount purchased by the buyer that includes a 2% HiBid fee.
2. Sales Tax: A 6% Pennsylvania sales tax will be added to all purchases made in Pennsylvania. The buyer must present a tax ID number to Perrine Auctions if tax-exempt. Email to: office@onlinebidboard.com.
3. Responsibility: Bidder assumes complete responsibility for their items after the sale and agrees to pick up purchased items during the allotted pick-up time or make arrangements with Perrine Auctions. Bidder also must bring their personnel and tools for picking up their items.
4. Bid Rejection: Perrine Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid they deem insufficient concerning the item's value.
5. Bidding Discretion: It is the responsibility of the bidder to use their own discretion when bidding on items. By placing a bid, the bidder indicates that they have either examined the photos of the item and thoroughly read the item's description or have elected not to review the images or read the item's description.
6. Payment: Items must be paid in full before the item can leave the premises. Perrine Auctions will not allow items to be picked up unless a paid receipt is presented or the cashier confirms payment. A valid driver's license must be presented for payments made in person.
7. Automatic Payment: Payment will be taken automatically from the card on file the morning after the conclusion of the auction.
8. Record Keeping: Records kept by Perrine Auctions will be considered final.
9. Item Inspection: The buyer must inspect items before leaving the premises. After an item leaves the location, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the condition of any and all items.
10. Shipping:
Any out-of-state address will be automatically added to the "to be shipped" list. Please notify Perrine Auctions if you have an out-of-state address but plan to pick it up.

If the bidder would like an item shipped to them, a $15 fee will be added for handling and packing materials for the FIRST lot. All additional lots will be $5 per lot, plus the cost of shipping and insurance.
Larger items or lots may require more fees.
After the conclusion of the auction, payment for the lots will be taken automatically. The card on file with HiBid will be charged.
Shipping quotes may be prepared after the close of the auction. You can expect shipping and handling charges to be taken 3 days after the auction ends.
Due to high demand for shipping, please allow at least 2 weeks after receipt of payment for your item to be shipped. Larger items or lots may have a delay.
All lots will be handled at the discretion of Perrine Auctions; shipping is not guaranteed. Perrine Auctions reserves the right to cancel the invoice and give a refund for reasons including but not limited to: suspicious activity, harassment/cyberstalking, and address validation issues.
11. Alternate Pick-Up Arrangements: The buyer must make payment before making alternate pick-up arrangements. If the buyer cannot pick up during the allotted pick-up times, they must notify Perrine Auctions. Perrine Auctions will send an invoice via email in which the buyer can pay.
12. Post-Sale Responsibility: Perrine Auctions is not responsible for items after the time of sale. If items are left after the designated pick-up time, a $20.00 charge will be added per lot not removed unless other arrangements have been made. Items not removed will be disposed of or relisted in a future auction.
13. AS-IS Sales: Items are sold AS-IS, where is. All sales are final, and refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
14. Item Descriptions: All descriptions of items are to be considered the opinion of Perrine Auctions and should in no way be considered a guarantee of the item's condition, age, or authenticity.
15. Defects Disclosure: Perrine Auctions will disclose obvious or known defects to the best ability; however, Perrine Auctions is not responsible for undisclosed imperfections.
16. Site Functionality: Perrine Auctions is not responsible for any site malfunction or downtime. Perrine Auctions is also not responsible for user errors on the website, and any placed bid will be final and non-refundable.
17. Account Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for their username and password for the website. Any bid placed under the bidder number and username is the responsibility of the person on the account.
18. Auction Schedule Changes: Perrine Auctions reserves the right to change the end time and date of the auction to comply with laws or regulations.
No Returns Will Be Accepted
This is a legally binding contract between Perrine Auctions and the buyer. The buyer agrees to the above-stated terms and agreements by registering to bid.

Sewing Machines, Furniture, Books, Antique Fabric, Toys + This is an onsite pick-up. Pick up will not be held at our facility
