This couple has been involved in Clearwater for many years. They have been involved in business and friendships over the years, and this is an auction to clear out the old and bring in the new! A family member will take over this home and start their lives in this town, anew! We have been tasked with cataloging and describing all these items, so don’t be alarmed if we use the word “vintage” too often! There is a lot of variety in the items, and they are all very vintage. So, get your buying shoes on, and place those bids! ATTENTION bidders, this is a participating auction for the MBLGA (Make Bulk Lots Great Again) crowd. There are about 16 lots with this feature and the winning bidder will know if they won… that evening! I am offering a $25 gift certificate to one of my next auctions. Buy a MBLGA lot and get an entry into the drawing – odds of winning are better than the lotto! There is another consignor on the tail end of this auction. She is raising $$ for her family’s summer plans and has gathered up some nice quality youth clothing and accessories! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Additional charges may apply if you need extra help.

PLEASE NOTE:
Most everything is bagged up for you, for your convenience. Bring any totes you might need and HELPERS!! If you do not bring helpers that means that we will need to assist you up and down the stairs. Upon checkout, we can charge you an additional fee. There is risk and safety involved, not just muscle. You need to respect that fact.
