We try our best to call things by the right pattern etc., but it is up to you to research things yourself. WE ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. If I say something is Wexford and the pattern is actually Waterford, you should have researched it yourself!!! THIS IS THE WAY WE DO THINGS: ALL INVOICES HAVE A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM. You will receive your UNPAID invoice within 2 hours of the close of the auction (so you know which items you have won). You cannot pay that invoice, this is for your viewing to see the items you have won. Pick up: Thursday - July 17th This auction will have 2 pick up locations. Lot #2 through 500 will be from a house. The address will be given ONLY to winning bidders the day of pick up. The pick up time for the house will be from NOON to 3 PM ONLY!!! There will be NO OTHER PICK UP TIMES FOR THIS LOCATION. Lot numbers 501 and up will be at our normal location = 928 S Denver Ave in the garage. If you have furniture from the first location (Lot #2 - #500) , please make sure to arrive in time to have your items removed by 3 pm as the doors will be locked at 3 pm on the nose. Lots #501 and up, the pick up will be from 3:30 to 6PM. at our regular location - 928 S Denver Ave in the garage. If you have items that need shipped from the house location - there will be a $2.50 additional per lot transfer fee for items being moved from the house to our shipping location. This is capped at $20.00 - so anything over 8 lots is included in the $20.00 charge. If you choose to pickup, you can pay with CASH - (NO CHECKS) OR you can use your card in person with an added 3.5% card fee. Need shipping? Read below carefully-- ALL OUT OF STATE invoices - We will run your card on file with HiBid within 7 days ( by Saturday 07/20 by 5PM) of the auction end for the invoice total only!! We automatically assume that all out of state winners will need shipping UNLESS you reply PICKUP to your invoice by 10 am the morning after the auction. Out of State Winners -There is no need to message unless you will be picking up, this only fills up our email and is not necessary.
