Auction Start: The auction will open Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Noon CDT.

Auction Close: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 PM CDT, Monday, July 7, 2025 CDT.

Payment terms: Terms are Credit Card only for payments under $5000. Credit card will be charged to the card on file immediately after auction closes. No items will be removed until payment in full has been received. Purchases over $5,000 must be a cashier's check or wire transfer unless previous arrangements with Auctioneer have been made. There is a credit card surcharge of 4% which will be applied.
There will be a 5% buyer's premium on all purchases made through on-line bidding.

Items may be pre-viewed Monday through Friday, June 11, 2025 through July 7, 2025 during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CDT at our Auction Warehouse in Treynor, IA.

Pick up of items: PLEASE NOTE PICK UP DATES. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THE DATES PROVIDED. Local pick up is available Tuesday, July 8, 2025 NOON to 5:00 p.m. CDT and Wednesday July 9, 2025 - Friday, July 11, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CDT. Pick up of items at any other time will be by appointment only. Payment is required prior to pick up. Any items remaining in our warehouse after August 6, 2025 will become property of Menke Auction and Reality.

Shipping of items: Shipping is not available for this auction. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP THE ITEMS.

This is an INTERNET ONLY AUCTION. All bidding activity will take place online. We have attempted to describe each item to the best of our ability. We are conducting this auction for the Todd Williams Estate from Silver City Iowa. This requires items to be sold at auction and all items will sell without reserve. Todd built the drag racing Gremlin himself and had these extra Gremlin parts in his inventory. Unfortunately there is no family or friends that knew much about his Gremlin hobby and what he all put into this car. Car does start and run, but it hasn't been driven down the road. Interested buyers may come and inspect the vehicle during our regular business hours prior to the closing of the auction.
