New Vehicle Bidders:

• Must complete and return the Auto Auction Bidder Registration Form by 6:00 PM on the last auction day.
• Form can be emailed back; early submission recommended.
• This is an absolute auction, and winning bidders are required to pay for all vehicles they purchase along with fees.

Returning Vehicle Bidders:

• If previously approved, log in and click "Get approved to bid" once prior to the auction closing.
• Early approval is advised, as last-minute requests may not be processed once the auction nears its end.

Auction Details:

• Soft Close: Bidding extends by two minutes if a bid is placed in the final two minutes to prevent last-second sniping.
• Vehicles are available for preview; inspect prior to bidding.
• Vehicles generally run unless specified otherwise in the description; videos available.
• An Experian AutoCheck report may be provided as a PDF download under 'File'.
• This auction is ABSOLUTE: high bidders are obligated to pay, including all fees.
• Buyers planning to purchase multiple vehicles should contact us beforehand.
• All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties.

Title and Mileage Info:

• Title brands (e.g., "Rebuilt," "Salvage," "Flood," "Not Actual Miles") are assigned by the issuing state.
• Vehicles older than July 1, 1980, may have VINs with fewer than 17 digits.
• Late 1980s–early 1990s vehicles might have only a 5-digit odometer.
• Odometer readings may be "Exempt" on titles for vehicles over 10 years old; "Actual" miles are indicated if otherwise.

Out-of-State Buyer Requirements:

• Valid out-of-state driver's license required.
• To transport a vehicle out of Washington, verify the title is an actual title, not a Washington Interest Release (ROI).
• If not, the vehicle must be processed in Washington, including taxes and title transfer fees.
• To pass title, submit copies of your driver's license and another ID or utility bill showing matching address.
• A 3-day move permit ($33) may be required if transporting the vehicle without a trailer.

Additional Fees:

• Sales tax, DOL registration fees, and a buyer’s fee will be added to the final bid price.
