Hi Everyone! This sale is AWESOME! Welcome to this Downsizing Sale in PENSACOLA. This sale will be held on FRIDAY & SATURDAY, June 20th & 21st from 8am to 2pm. There are tons of Pre-Sale items!! There are too many to count including a Golf Cart! If you have any questions or would like to Pre-Buy any items, please text or call ANGIE at 860-303-6443. PLEASE NOTE: This is a GATED COMMUNITY! There will be no access to the community until 8am. We will have a staff person at the gate. They will NOT open the gate until 8am. Please have your driver's license with you to check in and enter the neighborhood. Please be courteous and patient. If you would like to pre-purchase... • Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description. • If you wish to purchase items that are not listed for presale, please shop the sale on Scheduled Sale Dates. • If you wish to purchase a "Pre-Sale" item, please text or call Angie at 860-303-6443. Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item. • All SALES ARE FINAL, WHERE IS, AS IS. NO REFUNDS. • A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you. Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale. • All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.
