Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax
A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract purchase price.

State and local sales tax will be applied to the final purchase price unless a valid, current tax-exempt certificate is provided prior to bidding.



Bidder Registration

Registration requires a valid credit card to verify identity. A hold of $100 will be placed to confirm funds but no charge will be made unless you are the winning bidder.

We do not charge to register.



Payment Terms

Payment must be made in USD within 24 hours after the auction concludes.

Accepted forms of payment: Wire or Certified Check



`Auction Closing Details

Soft Close: Any bid placed in the final moments of a lot will extend that lot’s closing time, allowing fair opportunity for competitive bidding.



Pick-Up Terms

Pickup and transportation are solely the responsibility of the Buyer. No delivery or transport will be provided by the Auctioneer or Seller.

Purchases are the responsibility of the buyer immediately upon winning the bid.

The Auctioneer represents the Seller and reserves the right to bid on behalf of the Seller unless the auction is advertised as “absolute” in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).

All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason.

No sale shall be invalidated due to inaccuracies in descriptions or images. Bidders must rely on their own inspection or the inspection of a qualified agent.

Bidders understand that photos and descriptions are provided as a guide only. All due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder.

Bidders who do not personally inspect the item accept the condition as-is and acknowledge the risks inherent in purchasing sight-unseen.

Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse service to any person.

Employees, subcontractors, and shareholders of The Swicegood Group, Inc. may bid on items.



International Bidders
Bidders outside of the United States must submit a refundable $1,000 deposit in order to participate.

If no purchase is made, the deposit will be fully refunded. If successful, the deposit will be applied to the final invoice.



Legal

The Swicegood Group, Inc. makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind.

All legal disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Davie County, NC.
