Day one of a huge Estate, Downsizing, and Liquidation Variety Auction of over 400 lots of Antique, Vintage, Next to NEW, and NEW Items Items are located and must be picked up at 325 W. Main St., New Holland, PA 17557. Bidding is open now and first lot closes at 5:30 PM on MONDAY, JUNE 30th, 2025. Bidding Format: This is a timed auction, closing 3 lots per minute, with a 2 minute extension in event a bid is placed at the last second. Scheduled Pickup days are Wednesday and Thursday, July 2nd and 3rd. Downsizing Onsite Auction, Items are located and must be picked up at 325 W. Main St., New Holland, PA 17557. 6 % PA Sale's Tax; Buyer's Premium: 18%. Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. By registering for this, and any of our online auctions, you agree to a $1 authorization on the credit card you have on file. This is a standard authorization to confirm credit card validity and is a hold only, NOT a deposit or charge and will not be reflected on your invoice. Please make sure that your credit card information is current, and the address on your bidder profile is the same address used for your credit card statement. 1. Payment options for this auction will be Cash, Bank Wire, Approved PA Check, or Cashier's Check for all purchases over $2,000.00. If a pickup time is not scheduled or arrangements made for pickup within 3 business days of auction close, all items we deem shippable will be prepared for shipment. An invoice will be sent for shipping costs, if not paid within 14 days items are considered abandoned and NO REFUND of purchase price will be issued.
