ASSET DESCRIPTION: Sprinkman 30 bbl 2 vessel brewhouse with 60 bbl HLT.  Rakes, grant, steam fired, steam hot water, touch screen control panel, Brewer’s sink, platform, Alfa Laval Tetra Pak heat exchanger, (3) 30 bbls Uni-tanks with two cooling zones, racking arm, and dry hop access, (4) 30 bbls Uni-tanks with two cooling zones, racking arm, and dry hop access, (1) 60 bbl Brite tank with three cooling zones, Control panels for Fermenters/Brite tank, 20 gal Stainless steel rolling yeast tank, RMS High Volume 2 roller mill, Cup and chain Grain transport/conveyor system, 2 ton grain hopper including framework and Helical grain transport to Mash, Steam fired Keg cleaning and filling station (KHS InnoKeg Keg Boy), Columbia 680,000 BTU Boiler, Whaley 20 ton Glycol Chiller with reservoir tank below plus many more assets to be added.

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on Saturday, August 2nd 

INSPECTION:  Monday, August 11th from 11 AM – 1 PM

AUCTIONEER'S NOTE - Please plan to attend the public inspection to validate descriptions, quantities and conditions as stated in the catalog.  We have made every attempt to be accurate with our information, but YOU are the expert and should satisfy any concerns PRIOR to bidding.

You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. TERMS:  All invoices totaling less than $5,000 will be automatically charged to the credit card used to register for the auction.  All invoices totaling $5,000 or more must pay via bank wire.  All payments are due by 3 PM on August 13th.  Any invoices not paid by 3 PM on August 13th will be automatically charged to the credit card used to register for the auction.  

There is no additional fee for credit card payments and no discounts for cash payments.

REMOVAL: Wednesday, August 13th for most items.  Larger items that require rigging will have additional time, but must be by appointment only and must occur by Friday, August 22nd at 3 PM.  

Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal will incur additional expense.

ADDITIONAL TIME – Only larger items that require rigging will have additional time, but must be by appointment only and must occur by Friday, August 22nd at 3 PM.  

LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are submitted to us PRIOR to the end of the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please find downloadable forms in the documents section of this auction.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 15% buyer’s premium of $150 will be added making the purchase price $1,150.

BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice.
