Online Vintage Toy Auction – Terms & Conditions

By registering to bid and participating in this online auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Buyer’s Premium
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids. This premium will be calculated and added automatically to the final invoice.

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the close of the auction. We accept credit/debit cards. No checks will be accepted. All sales are final.

3. Item Condition & Warranties
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability, but buyers are responsible for inspecting photos and making their own judgments. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

4. Pickup & Removal
Winning bidders must pick up their items within 7 calendar days of the auction closing date at:

Pickup times are Tuesday through Friday, 12 PM – 5 PM unless otherwise arranged.

Buyers must bring a valid photo ID at pickup. Items not picked up within 7 days may be forfeited without refund and resold or donated at the discretion of Local Line Auctions.

5. Shipping
This is a local pickup only auction. Shipping is not offered unless specifically arranged and confirmed in writing before the auction closes.

6. Bidding Agreement
By placing a bid, you are entering into a binding legal agreement to purchase the item(s) if you are the winning bidder. Non-payment or chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from future auctions and may be pursued legally.

7. Disputes & Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Venue for any legal action shall be in Chenango County, NY.

1. Shipping Availability
Shipping is available only on select items and must be arranged in advance. Not all items are eligible for shipping due to size, weight, or fragility. Eligibility will be noted in each lot description or confirmed upon request prior to bidding.

2. Shipping Requests
Buyers requesting shipping must:

Include your name, invoice number, shipping address, and contact number.

Agree to and pay all associated shipping and handling fees before items are packed or shipped.

3. Shipping Charges
All shipping costs, including postage, packaging materials, insurance, and handling fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Charges will be billed separately and must be paid in full before your items are shipped.

We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice (UPS, USPS, FedEx) based on size, value, and destination.

4. Packaging & Handling
Items are packaged securely to minimize risk of damage during transit.

Local Line Auctions, LLC is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping once the item leaves our facility.

Insurance is available upon request and strongly encouraged.

5. Shipping Timeline
Please allow 5–10 business days after full payment of your shipping invoice for processing and shipment. Delays may occur during peak periods.

6. Combined Shipping
We will do our best to combine items when possible and safe to do so. Large, fragile, or odd-shaped items may be shipped separately.

7. Oversized or Freight Items
Items that are too large or heavy for standard shipping (e.g., furniture, large tools) must be picked up in person or shipped via freight at the buyer’s arrangement and expense.

8. Buyer Responsibility
Once the item is shipped, it becomes the property and responsibility of the buyer. Tracking information will be provided when available. Claims for damage or loss must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
