Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor or out building. Small breakable items may need to be packed or boxed - bring your own materials. All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns or refunds. Cash or Venmo are forms of payment.
