ASSET DESCRIPTION: 2018 Buick Encore, 55,000 Miles, VIN KL4CJASB2JB609346

Vehicle was involved in a traffic accident and delivered to Shane’s Auto Body for repair but was never retrieved.  Vehicle has extensive damage to front passenger side. Repeated attempts for someone to retrieve the vehicle were unsuccessful.  A Petition for Abandoned Motor Vehicle Lien Foreclosure was completed on October 15, 2024 and amended on June 10, 2025.  The Petition was granted to allow for the sale of the vehicle.  The vehicle is selling AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantees.  There is no title but the court order and bill of sale will allow for a title to be issued in the name of the purchaser. Please discuss with your state and/or county tag office prior to purchase to make certain you will have all you need to obtain a title for the vehicle.

No written report is available for damage to the vehicle.  Please review photos and plan to attend the inspection for best understanding of the damage. 

High bidder will be provided:
          1. Paid invoice from the auction reflecting the sale of the vehicle
          2. A Georgia Bill of Sale
