Auction Terms: The POA for the estate has a right to accept or reject any and all bids. The auction company shall charge a 5% buyers premium to the final bid price. The successful bidder will be required to put down earnest money of $10,000.00 check that day upon signing the buyer purchase contract . If buyer is unable to close on property at time of closing, buyer shall forfeit their earnest money. Closing will be 30 days or sooner at First Security in Freeport, IL.
