The authenticity has not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. The functionality of any/all electric/electronic items are unknown. The unit is located in Highland, NY. Payment is due by Tuesday, September 16 at 1PM. Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends. Pickup must be completed by THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 at 5PM. Please bid accordingly. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the units or on the storage facility property & have the units broom swept clean by Thursday, September 18 at 5PM.
