Listing Terms and Conditions
1.All property is sold "AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, value or any other determinative factor prior to placing a bid. Cox Estate Appraisals may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and within the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Cox Estate Appraisals be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please feel free to contact Cox Estate Appraisals with any specific questions on items prior to bidding.

2. Online bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Cox Estate Appraisals shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Cox Estate Appraisals will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

3. Cox Estate Appraisals reserves the right to withdraw, add, or re-catalog items in this auction. Cox Estate Appraisals also reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder.

4. Items/lots are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. All items are to be removed on the pickup date noted unless arrangement is made with the Auctioneer prior to bidding. Please bring physical or digital copy of your receipt/invoice to pickup. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks or disallow a sight draft and is responsible for any expenses due to collection of a bad check. In the event of a bad check the Auctioneer reserves the right to repossess, at any time, at your location, the merchandise involved. As always a bid is a contract and will be treated as such.

5. All auction sales will be settled using the bidders credit card on file with HiBid. You must notify Cox Estate Appraisals in advance if you wish to pay using any other method.

6. Cox Estate Appraisals, it's agents and the property owner/Estate of the auction being held are not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred during any preview, local pickup, or other consideration pertinent to the property/ies at which the auction is being conducted.

7. All Bidders agree to pay stated Buyer's Premium of 15% unless otherwise noted in auction description/notes. No separate State Tax or Credit Card processing fees assessed if 15% Buyer's Premium in place.

8. Items may be sold with a "Reserve" (or minimum dollar amount allowing the item to sell). This Reserve and the amount may or may not be disclosed, but please contact Auctioneer with any questions including those post the auction conclusion as Reserve amounts may often be negotiable given further discussion with consignor.

9. Lots not picked up at the stated local pickup time/date or at another pre-arranged (prior to Auction Close) time frame may be shipped at buyer's expense.

10. Lots not picked up on the provided pickup date/time may incur charges for each business day held thereafter for up to 1 week (5 days) at a "storage cost" to the buyer. Said cost will be reasonably determined by the Auctioneer, but will not be less than $1.00 for small items per day and not more than $15.00/day for larger/bulky/furniture lots including framed artwork. Such costs will be assessed to the card on file and are non-refundable. Post the 5 business day time frame, the lot/s will be considered forfeited along with any assessed storage fees up to that point. *It is likely that small lots will simply be shipped at buyer's expense per Terms & Conditions: (10).

Schedule:
Day 1 : $1.00 - $15.00
Day 2 : $2.00 - $30.00
Day 3 : $3.00 - $45.00
Day 4 : $4.00 - $60.00
Day 5 : $5.00 - $75.00*

*Items requested to be forfeited by buyer may still incur a disposal fee based on the size/weight/fragility/ease of disposal of the lot/s in question, not to exceed the $75.00 maximum 5-day storage fee.

10. Items that require shipping which were not eligible for such (having not been marked as "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" within individual lot details located just under pictures) will incur additional packing/handling charges or be considered forfeited as determined by the Auctioneer/3rd Party Shipping Agent. Forfeited items may incur a restocking fee at Auctioneer's discretion if part of an Estate Auction. Repeated offenses of this action will result in being banned from future bidding through Cox Estate Appraisals on HiBid.com.

11. Buyer inadherence to any of the aforementioned Terms & Conditions are subject to removal from bidding and future participation through (at least) https://coxestateappraisals.HiBid.com.
