Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from sale premises. THE DATE AND TIME BY WHICH ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SALE PREMISES IS POSTED ON AN AUCTION-BY-AUCTION BASIS, ON THE SPECIFIC AUCTION PAGE.
You WILL receive an invoice after auction closing. Please check your spam folder if you did not get one. NYS sales tax will be added to the invoice and you MUST bring a tax form on pickup day/days if you are tax exempt. Also added to your invoice will be the Buyer's Premium. 10% if Paid with Cash, Good NYS Check or Wire Transfer, 13% if paid with Credit Card. If you do NOT pick up your items on pickup day/days, your card on file will be charged anyway.
