Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All invoices shall be paid in full the day of auction. By registering for the auction and obtaining a bidders number, all registerants are agreeing to abide by the auction terms and conditions set forth by the auction company. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% Convenience Fee.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% Convenience Fee Waived on Personal Property Item Purchases Only.  All invoices shall be paid in full the day of auction.
