By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Baxter Auctioneers LLC, also known as BidBaxter.com or Auctioneer Erinn Baxter

1. General Terms

All items are sold �AS IS, WHERE IS� with no warranties, guarantees, or returns.
Item descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, but accuracy is not guaranteed. Please inspect items carefully and bid accordingly.

2. Item Inspection and Previews

Previews are available for most auctions. These sessions allow bidders to examine items in person, take measurements, and assess condition.
If you are unable to attend a preview, please base your bidding decisions accordingly.
For additional details or photos, contact us � we�ll be happy to assist when possible.

3. Registration

To place bids, you must register using accurate and complete information.
Auction listings will include details for preview and pickup locations, dates, and times.

4. Bidding and �Buy Now� Option

Some items may include a �Buy Now� price that allows you to purchase instantly instead of bidding.

Once you become the highest bidder, your registered card will be charged automatically, or you will receive an unpaid invoice.

If alternate payment arrangements were approved, your card will not be charged unless those arrangements are not completed as agreed.

5. Buyer�s Premium and Taxes

A 15% buyer�s premium will be added to each winning bid, along with any applicable sales tax.

6. Shipping and Pickup

Shipping is available for most items. Larger or fragile pieces may require third-party shipping arrangements.

Shipping costs include standard carrier fees and additional material or handling charges. We strive to keep costs low by reusing packing materials when possible.

After payment is received, your items will be shipped with tracking information provided.

Pickup:

Items must be picked up during the designated times listed in each auction description.

If you fail to pick up your items on time and do not make prior arrangements, ownership will revert to Baxter Auctioneers LLC without refund.

Please contact us before the pickup deadline if you experience any issues.

7. Auction Process

Online auctions close at a predetermined pace. Some sales may feature an auto-extension system to simulate live bidding (last-second bids may extend the closing time).

All bids must meet the posted minimum bid increments.

You may use the Max Bid feature for automatic bidding up to your set limit.

8. Company Rights and Communication

Baxter Auctioneers reserves the right to:

Modify, combine, or remove lots at any time.

Pause, extend, or reschedule auctions due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Communicate with bidders via email, SMS, phone calls, mail, or other platforms.

Baxter Auctioneers is not responsible for system failures, internet interruptions, or other issues that may affect bidding activity.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By bidding on any item, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
All decisions made by Baxter Auctioneers LLC are final.

Whether you�re a collector, reseller, or simply looking for unique finds, this auction offers something special for everyone! There is NO in person preview - If you'd like an online live preview please email me with the lots you'd like additional viewings of, I will try to fit everyone's needs into a short preview prior to end of auction. Please Note: Lots numbered in the 900s are located in a basement area that has been untouched for many, many years. If you plan to pick up these items, we recommend bringing gloves and a mask, particularly if you have dust sensitivities. Pickup and Loading Information We do not load vehicles or move large, heavy, breakable, or awkward items. Please bring adequate help to safely and efficiently gather and load your purchases. If you are purchasing large or multiple items, make sure to bring: A vehicle large enough to transport your items Boxes, bubble wrap, straps, moving blankets, and tools as needed Please plan accordingly so pickup runs smoothly and efficiently. For buyers who need help, we have a third-party service provider available for a limited time during pickup. This individual can: Assist with gathering and loading your items, or Provide a quote for hauling your items to a local destination Pricing varies by distance and quantity.
