REGISTRATION: Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all these Terms & Conditions and any other announced Terms & Conditions of auction or rules of this site. Auction company has sole discretion as to who can and cannot place bids. HGWTllc does not have the ability to register bidders. We use a rented online platform and do not control registrations. ITEMS CONDITION: All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks, or refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, value, and any other determinative factor. Description and photos are offered as a guide only. We do not proclaim to be experts, any description we provide is our opinion and not to be taken as fact. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered, please contact us to schedule a time. HGWTllc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match the picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches, and wear may not have been called out. PAYMENT: All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices more than $1000 must be paid by approved methods. Approved methods are Cash, Certified Check on a Local Bank, Wire Transfer or Credit Card with matching ID presented in person All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidder's total winning amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Any Chargeback is subject to a defense fee of $100 to offset the time and fees associated with the chargeback PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. BREACHING of TERMS: If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms & Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. This is an online only auction to liquidate collections from estates throughout the St. Louis area. All items sell as is, as received. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:00 on Tuesday, Nov 4th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from noon until 6 on Thursday, November 6th at the shop: 1 Hawks Nest Plaza, St. Charles, MO 63303.
There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids. We will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you leave a note in NOTES TO AUCTIONEER.
Shipping will be handled by Goin Postal in Warrenton, MO (636-456-1853). They will pick up packages from Peanut Gallery on Tuesday, November 11th and will call or email you for payment. If you do not contact us VIA EMAIL with your shipping request by end of business on pick up day, your items will not be sent with the courier. They typically take a week to package your items and prepare for shipping. There is a $5 courier fee to get your items to shipper. SHIPPING ONLY TO ADDRESS ON FILE!
