Payment must be made, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on location at the Eaton Auction Center, 24 Oak Avenue Eaton, Colorado 80615 on Monday, November 3, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM.  You will be emailed a link with your invoice to schedule an appointment.  Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments.  A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction.  The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.  Sales and Colorado excise tax applies.  Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds.  Nothing removed until paid for.  Items not picked up during this load-out period (or shipped to you) will have a charge of $25.00 per invoice and a handling and storage charge of $1.00 per lot per day added to the total due.  Please pick up during the scheduled load-out times.

Shipping: We ship almost anything, anywhere at your expense.  We ship firearms to your FFL anywhere in the country, except Massachusetts, AT YOUR EXPENSE.  We ship almost everything else world-wide AT YOUR EXPENSE.  If you want your items shipped, AT YOUR EXPENSE, please contact us at info@whitleyauction.com by 11:30 AM on Monday, November 3, 2025, to arrange payment and shipping.  RMEB ships most items from its in-house shipping department.  If you are concerned about shipping costs, as you should be, contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding.
