The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, November 9 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, November 9 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
