Buyer must pick up items within the specified time frame stated in each auction, which is typically a 2 or 3-day pickup period and shipping is packaged and sent after the initial 2-day pick up period
We do SHIP. After we have sorted everyone's lots and the initial pickup period has passed, we will begin shipping items out. We do our best to offer shipping on most items. If you have questions about items that you want shipped feel free to reach out via email or phone call.
We typically use USPS and provide tracking information after your items and shipping has been paid for. You WILL RECEIVE 2 charges: 1 for your initial auction items (winning bid, BP & Tax) and 1 for your Shipping/Handling charges.

All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied by any person associated with this auction site. We do our best to ensure good quality product is being sold however some items may not be noticeably imperfect through the picturing process. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. All sales are final.
Electronics are sold as working UNLESS otherwise stated. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the item works to their acceptance before they leave from picking items up.

Items not paid for within 3 business days of the Auction End Time will incur a $5 a day storage fee for 30 days.
Items not sold in each auction will be given back to the consignor unless other arrangements are made.

Items paid for and not picked up within 5 business days of the Auction Close time will become the property of the auction company.

In the event of non-payment of items, the bidder shall assume all court costs, including any attorney fees, associated with collection of payment in court. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Escambia County,FL.

Diamond Estate Sales & Cotton & Associates Auctions has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. Printed statements or descriptions by any person or staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.

No Buybacks: Consignors are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the auction.

Soft Close: This auction has a soft close feature, meaning if a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of a lot closing then the ENDING time (for each individual lot) will be extended an additional 2 minutes onto the time left remaining until bids are final.

Stagger Close: This auction features a stagger close which means items end in several second increments. Each auction may have a different stagger time amount. Larger auctions will have a smaller stagger time to ensure the entire auction ends in a timely manner.

(AN EXAMPLE of a stagger close is this: The auction is set to START/END at 7pm. This does not mean all lots will end at 7pm. If the stagger time is set to 10 seconds then lot 1 will end at 7:00:00pm, lot 2 will end t 7:00:10, lot 3 will end at 7:00:20 and so on until all lots have ended.
Note: bidding can extend on a lot if a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the item ending. See the paragraph above to explain the "soft close' feature.)
