Hi Folks...  Welcome to this great little sale at 5890 TWIN OAKS DRIVE, PACE, 32571!  This sale will take place on FRIDAY, October 31st & SATURDAY, November 1st from 8am to 2pm.  There is a house and a detached garage.  In the home, there is some hard to find Antique Art Deco furniture, media, linens and a new Reclining Loveseat and Recliner.  The garage is filled with great tools.  There is also a zero turn CUB CADET mower with attachments.  We also have an old Sears tractor which unfortunately has not been run for awhile.  If you have any questions, please text or call Julie at 850-889-5355.  If you would like to Pre-Buy an item, here is how it works...

**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.  The descriptions are typed under the picture on the estatesales.net website.
**If you wish to purchase items that don't have a description and price, please call the contact on the sale or shop the sale on Scheduled Sale Dates.
**If you wish to purchase a "Pre-Sale" item, please text or call Julie at 850-889-5355 or Angie at 860-303-6443.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**PRE-SALES end at 5:00pm on the day prior to the sale.
**All SALES ARE FINAL, WHERE IS, AS IS.  NO REFUNDS.
**A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you.  Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale.
**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.
