Please do not wait until the last moments of the auction to place your max bid in case of a connection issue, Once a bid is placed it can not be removed, Auction Company is not Liable for any connection issues or software issues that may rise through the bidding platform,

All Sales Are Final. No Returns Accepted Or Refunds Granted, Items Are Sold "AS-IS" Where Is.

The Auctioneer Reserves The Right To Accept and or Reject Any And All Bids.

We the Auction Company will Represent the Items to the Best of our knowledge!

In case of a tie Bid coming from the Floor and or Platform the floor bidders will take precedence.

15% Buyer's Premium applies to all items Sold, 5% Credit Card Fee, No Items are allowed to be removed until Paid.

At the conclusion of any Auction all invoices will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

If you chose to pay with cash or PA Check only those arrangements need to made no later than 72 hours before the close of the Auction.

Auction Company reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the Auction for any reason that may occur.

Sales Tax of 6% is Suject to All Sales Unless you have A PA State Number on File with White Horse Auction Service, unless the Auction consists of Living Estates or a complete Dispersal than the Tax is Void,

Shipping & Handing

All Items Shipped will automatically be charged on the credit card on file, once the Shipping Cost is determined by the actual shipping price than your card will be charged and be added into your invoice, White Horse Auction Service is not responsible for any items Lost or Damaged during shipment, if this happens regardless of the carrier used , Any Package arrives less than Satisfactory Condition should immediately be reported to the Carrier Service, We offer Shipping with Shipping Saint, you will be Notified by Shipping Saint if you want your Items Shipped.

Items Will Be Shipped within 7 Business Days of Payments Processed.
If you Prefer Picking Up Your Items In House You May Do So, On Friday Nov. 28 From 8:00AM To 2:00pm But You First Need to Call, If that Don't work for you Give John a call at 717-278-2510 and we can arrange at a Later Date.
