Thanks to those of you who came to the first auction! You got a sampling of what we are offering now! The second auction for this property is extensive! We have musical instruments from A to Z (autoharps to xylophones), a John Deere tractor, and a 10 by 24 loafing shed! You will find a barn type shed (loft), a porch full of items, yard decor, panels, and gates! Then, inside the house, we have good men’s and ladies’ clothing, antiques, chef-quality items, hutches, cast iron pans, and freezers! Downstairs is the music room, and it is full! This is where you might find a new or unusual instrument. We have flutes, a cowbell, keyboards, dulcimer, banjo, mandolins, a ukelin, sound equipment, speakers, amps, microphones, recorders, and autoharps! The owner was a professional who collected several! Oops, did I forget to mention old Pinball machines?! We have eight of them in various stages of restoration - from 40s-themed to Star Trek and Bobby Orr! You never know what is around the corner! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

There are stairs up and down. Once again, bring helpers if you are old. Bring a tip for the helpers if you don’t have help! All gun buyers must pick up in person. Buyers must be current residents of the state of Kansas, have a valid Kansas Issued ID, be 21 years of age or older, and maintain all of their 2nd Amendment Rights. We will not ship guns and ammo.
