Checks are not accepted unless pre-approved. 3. Pickup & Removal Buyers are responsible for removing and loading their own purchases. Bring your own boxes, packing materials, tools, and labor for larger items. All items must be picked up by the end of the sale or by the scheduled pickup time. Items not removed by the agreed-upon time will be considered forfeited, with no refund. 4. No Holds "Please be respectful of the home, property, and neighbors. Children must be supervised at all times. No large bags or purses may be brought inside; totes for shopping will be provided if available. 7. Parking Please park legally and courteously.
