This lovely, large home has a collection of unique, contemporary, and transitional furnishings, home decor, antiques & vintage decor and accessories, Fine art and framed prints, a super collection of ladies' designer and vintage clothing, costume jewelry and men's too- Handbags, some shoes. Professional-grade styling and makeup products ( my client is a TV makeup artist,) and equipment. Large Oriental wool rugs, garage items. Some framed sports photos and posters, championship Ravens footballs, late mid-century baseball card collection, patio furniture; lots here for shopping.

1st room photo shown is the full basement, organized and shoppable. The first floor is also full of nice furniture and decor and has the fashion set-up just inside the front door. The 2nd floor is bedroom ( beds mostly) We are moving the casegoods and miscellaneous furniture down to the 1st floor for ease in removal by buyers. 

All items are AS-IS, most in good to very good condition. Clothing is either never worn or lightly worn, condition on tags. Some furniture shows wear. Everything is priced according to condition. Small items and furniture have multi-discount price tags, in most cases showing pricing for all three days of the sale, to avoid guesswork.  Clothing will be tagged and volume discounts will be given, and posted.  Cosmetics and small equipment will be sold by volume.
