After the auction, all firearms sold will be transported to Gunslingers at 122 Broad Street, Kingsport, TN 37660. Buyers may go to Gunslingers on Tuesday, October 7th, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to complete the required paperwork and background check. A background check and transfer fee of $45 will be paid directly to Gunslingers at that time. All firearms must be paid for in full on the day of the sale. Buyers must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) to verify age and residency and are solely responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal to own in their jurisdiction as well as for any transfer or shipping fees. In the event a buyer is denied transfer or does not pass the background check, no refund will be provided; purchases are non-transferable to another buyer.
