Please bring your own bags/boxes. Buyer is responsible for moving all items. Please note there will be strict entry rules to this sale due to the magnitude and close quarters. There will be no large bags or backpacks allowed at this sale. You can bring your own empty bags/boxes. No strollers will be allowed and there are NO RESTROOM FACILITIES. Any bags/boxes will be subject to search upon your exit. No food or drinks will be allowed per the homeowner's request.

We have an AMAZING sale this week in Menifee Lakes. This house is PACKED with treasures. We truly have it all from nice furniture, decor, art, lots of jewelry, including sterling silver, Tiffany & Co Sterling, Some 10K/14K and Fashion Jewelry (NOTE: Jewelry/Purses are not stored at the house before of after sale hours) We also have some designer purses and accessories including Gucci, Coach, Michael Kors and FAUX Louis Vuitton.
Kitchen has great items including Noritake China Set (great for the holidays), Small appliances, serving items and more! The LG Washer and Dryer are in like new condition. Lots of women's clothing and men's clothing, including dozens of Harley Davidson T-shirts, LAFD items. Also, misc. Holiday decor including great tard blowups!
There is also lots for the guys including a large Die Cast Car collection, cool antique car art, books, several paint ball guns, and BB/Pellet Guns, Surfboards and of course LOTS OF TOOLS!
We truly HAVE IT ALL! Great pre-Christmas shopping items! You don't want to miss this one!
SPECIAL NOTE: Thursday is trash day, so please DO NOT BLOCK and trashcans or neighbors driveways. Parking will be challenging, so come early to get a good spot because this will not be a quick in and out sale. There is just too much to look at.
We may have to limit the number of shoppers on the first day because the house is not that big and is very full. We will not allow and large purses, backpack or strollers. Please bring your own empty shopping bag or boxes. Hold area is small and not trustworthy on the first day.
