1) Prior to the auction closing and before bidding, new HiBid buyer's may be asked to submit varification of funds beyond those required by HiBid and are subject to approval by the auctioneer. Failure to comply will prohibit your ability to submit bids.

2) Payment or Arrangements for payment must be made within 12 hours of the auction close. Invoices that are not paid within 24 hours are subject to the auctioneers discretion.

5)There is a $10/lot moving fee if we remove your SMALL ITEMS because you made other arrangements or forgot to come to the pickup. After the sale, we are not responsible for damage or misplacement of said lots.
