Upon your arrival, you will want to add your name to our sign-up sheet and for controlled entry, we will call people in the home in the order they signed up. You must be present when we call your name. ★★★RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items sold "AS IS", with no guarantee or warranty so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully. ★★★PRICING INFORMATION: We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale. ★★★PAYMENT: Xcntric Estate Sales accepts cash and major credit cards with a minimum purchase of 10.00. ★★★REMOVAL OF ITEMS: We ask that you please bring tools and extra muscle upon removal of large items. We do not have movers on site. ★★★NO PUBLIC BATHROOM AVAILABLE during the course of our sales. ★★★NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED inside the property that we are conducting the sale in.
