All equipment at their Nixa location must be sold. EQUIPMENT CONDITION

Every machine in this auction was in daily production use until the shop transitioned earlier this year. All equipment remained plugged in and under power from closing through the present day. As bidders will see in the photos, these machines show honest production wear from years of active service. This was a working millwork shop, not a showroom, and the equipment reflects that professional use.

ELECTRICAL NOTICE

Most large machines in this sale are marked 480V and the facility was wired 3-phase. Bidders should verify their shop electrical capabilities before bidding. Most machines are still wired in to facility power. Buyers will be responsible for safely disconnecting, unwiring, and dismounting their purchases.

ABSOLUTE AUCTION - NO RESERVES, NO MINIMUMS

The building owner has new tenants scheduled to take occupancy at the first of the year. Every item in this auction MUST GO. All lots sell absolute to the highest bidder regardless of price. This is not a negotiation. If you are the high bidder, you own it.

ONLINE BIDDING CLOSES

LOAD OUT DEADLINE
All purchases must be removed no later than Sunday, December 14th at 5:00 PM. No exceptions. The building must be cleared for new tenants.

REMOVAL AND LOADING

A 10-ton forklift is available on site to assist with loading. Buyers are responsible for scheduling their load out time and providing appropriate transportation. The facility is well-suited to accommodate heavy trucks, flatbeds, and oversized trailers.

All buyers are responsible for their own rigging, loading, and transportation. Owners and auction company are not responsible for any accidents to equipment or persons during the removal process. Plan accordingly and use qualified riggers for heavy machinery.

PAYMENT TERMS

All purchases with a balance exceeding $2,000 require payment by bank wire transfer or cash at time of load out. No exceptions. Invoices under $2,000 may be paid by approved methods. Payment must be received before equipment will be released.
