All bidders are responsible to know what item they are bidding on.
The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

Everything MUST be PAID IN FULL on the day of the auction, before removing any items
*CAC reserves the right to withhold items until checks have cleared

Items must be picked within 2 business days of the auction end or by appointment by contacting the office from 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Buyers Premiums:
14% per item for all items won via HiBid (ALL CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED)
8% per item if paid by cash or wire only!!

All Items must be removed within 2 business days or are subject to a $25 per day, per item storage fee! If the credit card on file is declined or does not go through, there will be a $25 charge added for Declined Charges!

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
$75 returned check Fee applies
