ONLINE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These Terms & Conditions cannot be altered or changed in any way except in writing by the Auctioneer. If you cannot follow these terms 100%, you are welcome to stay as a spectator�but do not bid.

USA BIDDERS ONLY
Buyers outside of the United States may not register or bid. We do not offer shipping outside of the USA.

BUYER�S PREMIUM
15% buyer�s premium will be added to the final invoice total. Example: A winning bid of $100 will result in a charge of $115 (plus sales tax when applicable).

REGISTRATION
You must be at least 18 years old to register and bid. By registering, you agree that all information provided is true, accurate, and up-to-date. A username and password must be created to participate.

AUCTION FORMAT
This is an online-only auction. Bidding will be open for the number of days listed in the auction details. Lots will close at staggered times. Soft Close: If a bid is placed within 1 minute of a lot�s scheduled closing time, 1 additional minute will be added. If you place a bid and your bid is the winning bid, you agree you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay for the item(s) at the amount of your bid.

ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. Bids may not be changed or cancelled once submitted. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new legal owner.

NO WARRANTIES
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, including but not limited to quality, condition, authenticity, fitness, or merchantability.

INSPECTION
All inspection is conducted through photos only. Photos are considered an important part of the item description. Items or objects that appear in the background of photos but are not listed in the description are not included in the sale.

SETTLEMENT
High bidders will be invoiced in U.S. dollars, and the credit card used during registration will be automatically charged following the close of the sale. By registering, you agree:

�� You have provided a valid credit card

� Sufficient funds/credit are available

� You accept all charges

� You will not dispute or charge back any authorized charges placed by Montrie Auction in accordance with these Terms & Conditions


LOCAL PICKUP ONLY
Pickup at: Douglas Rd, North of Rauch Rd in Temperance, MI 48182 (exact address will be provided to high bidders). Pickup dates/times are listed under the auction details. Pickup by appointment only. A scheduling link will be provided to high bidders. Do NOT arrive without an appointment � your items will not be ready.
Bring your own:

� Labor/help

� Tools

� Packing materials

**Montrie Auction does not provide loading assistance. You are solely responsible for removal of your items.

Abandonment:
Items not picked up during the listed pickup times are considered abandoned and will be resold or disposed of without reimbursement.

SHIPPING NOTE
While this auction does not offer in-house shipping, the Sylvania, OH UPS Store has previously assisted bidders by picking up and shipping items on their behalf. If you choose to use them, they are considered your agent.

� All arrangements, payments, packing, and shipping are handled directly with the UPS Store

� Montrie Auction is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays once items are released

� You must email written authorization allowing us to release your items to any third party

UPS Store Phone: (419) 885-3124. It is your responsibility to confirm BEFORE bidding that the UPS Store can pick up and ship your items. Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to collect your items.

INJURY & DAMAGE
All bidders and their agents enter auction premises and remove items at their own risk. You agree to:

� Accept full responsibility for personal injury or property damage caused by yourself or your agent

� Hold Montrie Auction and the property owner(s) harmless from any such injury or damage

� Pay for any damage caused during removal of items

Professional removal is strongly recommended.

CONSENT TO CONTACT
By registering, you authorize Montrie Auction & Estate Service�along with its staff, agents, scheduling partners, and software applications�to contact you regarding this auction through:

� Phone calls

� SMS/text messages

� Emails

Using the contact information you provided during registration.

CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Auctioneer reserves the right to modify or remove lots, or extend/change closing dates.
If the platform experiences outages or technical failures at closing time, Montrie Auction may reopen or extend the auction as necessary.

CLAIMS / JURISDICTION
Any claims or disputes arising from this auction or these Terms & Conditions will be settled exclusively in Lucas County, Ohio.

Offsite Online Auction � Temperance, MI. This online-only auction features a quality selection of furniture, home furnishings, shop equipment, and woodworking tools. Items come from a private location and include household pieces as well as tools suited for hobbyists, craftsmen, and home workshops. IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION:All items are located offsite in Temperance, Michigan and must be picked up at the item location, not at our auction facility. Local pickup only. If shipping is desired, buyers are fully responsible for arranging packing, loading, and transportation through their own shipping agents. The auction company does not provide shipping services for this sale. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully prior to bidding. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire both practical household items and well-maintained shop and woodworking tools.
