Auction Terms & ConditionsBy placing a bid on any lot offered in this online public auction, all bidders acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:1. Bidder Registration and ApprovalRegistration for online bidding must be completed through HiBid. Approval is granted at the sole and absolute discretion of the Auction Company, based on the information provided and the bidder�s prior bidding history. The Auction Company reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke bidding privileges at any time, with or without cause.2. Condition of Items / �As-Is, Where-Is�All items are sold strictly �AS-IS, WHERE-IS,� without any warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the Auction Company does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or authenticity of any description, photograph, measurement, or representation.It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect, evaluate, and determine the condition, age, quality, authenticity, and value of all items prior to bidding.By placing a bid, the bidder assumes all risks associated with the purchase and expressly waives any claim relating to the condition or description of the lot.3. Buyer�s PremiumA 15% Buyer�s Premium will be added to all winning bids and shall be considered part of the total purchase price.4. Sales TaxAll sales are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax, unless the Auction Company has received a valid and current tax-exemption certificate prior to checkout. Exemption forms may be submitted to asauctionco@gmail.com.5. Payment TermsAll invoices must be paid in full on the day following the auction�s close or at the time of item pickup, as applicable. Payments are processed through HiBid unless otherwise stated by the Auction Company.Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the invoice, forfeiture of items, and permanent suspension from future auctions.Any credit card chargeback, reversal, or disputed payment will be treated as theft and may be pursued through civil action and/or criminal prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law.6. Final Sale / No RefundsAll sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or adjustments will be made under any circumstances. Ownership and responsibility for purchased items transfer to the Buyer immediately upon the declaration of �Sold.�Pick-Up Terms and ConditionsUpon completion of an online sale, the Buyer shall be solely responsible for the retrieval and removal of all purchased items on or before the final pick-up date specified for the sale. The Buyer is responsible for all packing, loading, transportation, and inspection of the purchased lots at the time of pick-up.By accepting possession of the items and removing them from the premises, the Buyer acknowledges and affirms that they have been given sufficient opportunity to inspect, verify, and account for all items purchased, and that all lots have been received in acceptable and satisfactory condition. A&S Auction Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any item(s) once they have been removed from the property, and will not participate in or adjudicate any post�pick-up disputes regarding condition, completeness, authenticity, or any other matter.Any item(s) not retrieved by the final pick-up date listed for the sale shall be deemed abandoned property without further notice to the Buyer. All abandoned items will be forfeited without refund and shall become the sole property of A&S Auction Company. No exceptions.Shipping Terms and ConditionsRequesting Shipping:Buyers who require shipping must indicate their request at the time of registration. If shipping is not requested at registration, the Buyer must contact A&S Auction Company within five (5) days of the auction closing date to arrange shipping. If the Buyer fails to arrange shipping within this 5-day period, all unclaimed items shall be deemed abandoned property without further notice. Such items will be forfeited without refund and shall become the property of A&S Auction Company. No exceptions.Processing and Delivery:Please allow 1�2 weeks for shipment processing and delivery. Specialty items, oversized lots, or large multi-item orders may require additional preparation time. The Buyer is solely responsible for all associated shipping, handling, postage, and insurance fees.Condition and Damage Claims:Any damage or discrepancy not noted in the auction catalog must be reported to The UPS STORE within five (5) days of the Buyer�s receipt of the shipment. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the items in the condition received.Shipping Liability:Buyers are advised to use caution when opening packages.A&S AUCTION is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay occurring during shipment, regardless of carrier. If a package arrives damaged, delayed, or otherwise unsatisfactory, the Buyer must immediately notify the carrier. The Buyer is solely responsible for filing and pursuing any and all insurance claims with the carrier for items lost or damaged in transit.
Credit Card PolicyAll credit cards on file will be automatically charged immediately following the conclusion of the auction for the full invoice amount. Shipping charges are processed separately and are not included in the initial auction payment.It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that valid, current, and sufficient payment information is on file at the time the auction closes.Any credit card that declines, fails to process, is rejected, or is otherwise unable to be charged will result in the following actions:Permanent ban from all future auctions conducted by A&S Auction Company;Negative impact on the bidder�s HiBid account, which may include suspension or removal from the HiBid platform;The unpaid invoice may be treated as nonpayment and subject to further action as permitted by law.By registering and bidding, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to these credit card processing terms in full.
