Product Condition/Refunds We offer a refund for the following conditions (Appears New & Factory Sealed) only under these circumstances: the item is broken, missing parts or does not function. If we have called out any issue with the item in the description, we will not refund for said issues. We do not give refunds for items listed as (Damaged or Open Box) and we do not give refunds for buyers remorse. If an item does not have a listing condition it should be considered Open Box. To request a refund you must email us within 48 hours from the time you picked up your item. Refund requests should be sent to customerservice@busymos.com.
