We accept cash, personal checks with local ID and credit/debit cards for purchases over $20.00. All pre-sales will need to be cash or check.

The Sale begins at 9am and access will not be allowed prior to this time.

Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. If there are specific furniture pieces you are interested in, please contact us for pricing and availability.

Please do not call for measurements and dimensions.

Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. There is a 25% discount on the second day, and a 50% discount on day 3.

An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on higher-priced items if they are not willing to purchase at the current day's pricing. Ask staff for details.

Please bring help to load large items as our staff are not equipped to assist. All sold items will need to be picked up no later than closing time on the last day of the sale.

All items are sold as seen and returns cannot and will not be accepted.

Neither Eagle Estate Sales nor the owner of the property are responsible for accidents or loss or damage to personal items.

For everyone's safety, a limited amount of people will be allowed in the home at one time.
