We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Cards will be taxed. We do not accept checks. No items are available for purchase before the sale opening date and time. All items are being sold as-is, where is, no refunds. We do not pass out numbers. All of our sales are held on a first-come, first-served basis. You are fully responsible for keeping your place in line. Our team will not be responsible for managing the line or the outside premises before the estate sale opening date and time. Items outside the home, that are part of the estate sale, are available to be claimed/purchased on sale days, before the sale opening time, on a first-come, first-served case by case basis. Items inside any of the buildings or homes on the premises are strictly prohibited, off-limits, and are not available for purchase before the sale opening date and time. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries while you are attending our estate sales. Please note that you are entering at your own risk.
