10. Firearms: All Federal and State laws will be followed for transfer of all firearms. If you do not have a permit to carry or a permit to purchase we will require a background check. If this is the case, be advised this could take up to a week to clear. Transfer of the firearm will not take place until after that time. There will be a $25 transfer fee per gun charged to the buyer.

11. Some items will be subject to a 7% sales tax charge.

12. Legacy Auction Company is a fully licensed auto dealership and will follow all regulations. Vehicles will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18. No off site test driving allowed.

13. You acknowledge that the internet may be an unreliable and error-prone network. Legacy Auction Company will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion.
