Mistakes will not be honored�no refunds, returns, or exchanges.Tax Exemption:Provide your tax-exempt number at registration. If not provided before auction closes, taxes will be charged. Bids Are Final:Once placed, a bid cannot be retracted. You are responsible for paying the full amount of your winning bid. Lost or Stolen Items:Neither the auction house nor the seller is liable. Item Pickup:Must pick up items on the scheduled day. If not picked up, items are forfeited and returned to the seller. Payment:Credit cards will be charged after the auction closes. A Buyer�s Premium may also be added to your total. If you're planning to bid, make sure you fully understand and agree to these terms�especially around item condition, payment obligations, and pickup requirements.
