By registering and placing bids in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bidder Registration
All bidders must register with a valid username and password. New bidders must create an account prior to bidding. Returning bidders are responsible for updating any outdated or incorrect account information.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
A valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card must be registered with sufficient funds to cover your purchases. Alternate cards may be declined; please ensure your card information is accurate and current at the time of registration.

3. Buyer�s Premium
A 14% buyer�s premium applies to all purchases paid by card. A 10% buyer�s premium applies if payment is made by cash or local check.
Example: A $100 purchase would incur a $14 premium (card) or a $10 premium (cash/check).

4. Item Descriptions & Due Diligence
All item descriptions, photos, and details are provided to the best of our ability. However, accuracy is not guaranteed. Bidders are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before bidding.

5. No Warranties
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.

6. Auction Modifications
Thompson Auction Co. reserves the right to modify auction listings at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, adding or removing lots, updating photos or descriptions, or combining lots�with or without prior notice.

7. Winning Bidders
If you are the successful bidder, you are responsible for full payment and item pickup within the designated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your items without refund.

8. Payment Processing
If you do not arrange to pay via cash or check by the end of the advertised pickup day (typically the day after the auction closes), your registered credit card will be automatically charged for the full purchase amount, including the 14% buyer�s premium.

9. Pickup Policy
All purchases must be picked up on the scheduled pickup day(s), unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.

You are responsible for bringing your paid invoice, packing materials, tools, and loading assistance. Thompson Auction Co. staff does not assist with loading, packing, or transportation.

Unclaimed items may be considered abandoned and will be forfeited without refund.

10. Bidding Technology Disclaimer
Thompson Auction Co. is not responsible for technical issues or bidding errors. We reserve the right to pause, postpone, or restart the auction at our discretion in the event of system malfunctions or other issues�with or without notice.

11. Liability Waiver
Thompson Auction Co. and the property owner are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or theft that may occur before, during, or after the auction.

12. Firearms & Ammunition
All federal and state firearms laws will be strictly followed.
No shipping is available for firearms or ammunition.

13. High-Value Items
Items valued over $200 or containing gold, silver, or fine jewelry must be paid for with certified funds: cash, certified check, or wire transfer prior to shipping.

14. Taxidermy Regulations
Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their state�s laws regarding the purchase and ownership of taxidermy.
