Day 1 of the Collectors Auction brings together coins, bullion, currency, watches, jewelry, medals, books, historical ephemera, furniture, and rugs from multiple established collecting fields. Coins and bullion form a central portion of the auction and include a 14k 1893 $10 Liberty Head Gold Coin Bracelet, along with $5 gold bullion coins, 1/10 oz gold bullion pieces, and mixed groupings of U.S. silver coins. Additional numismatic-related lots include gold coin jewelry and supporting U.S. coin material.

Jewelry offerings consist primarily of gold pieces and include the Liberty Head coin bracelet, 14k yellow gold bracelets, 14k yellow gold diamond rings, opal bracelets, and gold earrings, offered as individual lots and small groupings. Watches are well represented with both pocket watches and wristwatches. Highlights include a Howard 14k pocket watch with fob, along with wristwatches by TAG Heuer, Itraco, Dunhill, Julien d’Orcel, and Krieger, including automatic movements, chronographs, and calendar complications. Medals and commemoratives include multiple sterling silver issues from the Franklin Mint, including Presidential Commemorative medals, UN Peace medals, First Ladies of the United States medals, and a sterling silver Norman Rockwell Christmas plate. Imperial Russian silver is also included. Collection of collectible antiquarian books including books about Napoleon, Cruikshank illustrated books, various books with fore-edge paintings including a rare 1690 English Bible, Poetry book with double fore-edge painting, American related fore-edge paintings. Fine binding and autographed antiquarian books. Collection of American Revolution engravings by Habermann. Autographs of Henry Clay and Theodore Roosevelt. Historical ephemera includes a Civil War archive of Hospital Steward Jacob M. Stoever of the 56th Pennsylvania Infantry, along with Pennsylvania banknotes, local currency, CDV photograph albums, Civil War–era documents, and map collections. Furniture appears as a significant component and includes a Hepplewhite maple slant-front desk, a mahogany handkerchief card table, Eldred Wheeler hand-crafted dressing tables, and multiple pieces by L. & J.G. Stickley, including a Queen Anne oval lamp table, secretary desk, and sofa table. Rugs and carpets are represented by a strong selection of handwoven examples, including multiple Persian Heriz rugs, a Persian Sarouk carpet, a Persian Kerman carpet, a Persian Hamadan rug, a Persian Kashan silk prayer rug, an Oriental silk rug, a Caucasian Sewan Kazak rug, a Caucasian Shirvan pictorial rug, and a Northwest Persian carpet. Once the auction goes live if you wish to increase your bid you will have to wait until that lot opens for bidding and enter any additional bids manually.
