AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms & Conditions apply to the online auction of equipment and assets located at 1804 Lorance Dr., Little Rock, AR 72206. In order to participate in this auction, all bidders must read and accept the Terms & Conditions set forth below.

Buyer�s Premium
A buyer�s premium of ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be added to the bid price to determine the final purchase price for each lot.

Inspection / Preview
Tuesday, February 10th
10:00 AM � 2:00 PM

In-person inspection is strongly encouraged. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and bidders are responsible for verifying condition, specifications, and suitability prior to bidding.

Load-Out / Removal
Thursday, February 12th: 10:00 AM � 3:00 PM

Friday, February 13th: By Appointment Only

All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. Buyers must present a paid invoice and valid government-issued ID at load-out.
No exceptions.

Buyers are solely responsible for all rigging, loading, labor, equipment, and transportation. No loading assistance will be provided.

Failure to remove items during the designated load-out times may result in additional storage fees, administrative fees, or forfeiture of items without refund. Contact auctioneer Brad W. Wooley if you foresee a problem at 501-940-3979

Accepted forms of payment include:

Cash

Certified Funds (Made payable to Wooley Auctioneers, Inc.)

Wire Transfer

Payment Instructions
Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders immediately following the auction. Auction Company may contact winning bidders by phone to confirm payment method and provide wiring instructions if applicable.

All payments are due immediately following the close of the auction. No exceptions.

Internet Bidding Disclaimer
Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. is providing an Internet auction platform as a service to bidders. Bidder acknowledges that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction.

Under no circumstances shall the Auction Company be held liable for missed bids, system delays, or Internet failures. Bidders are encouraged to use proxy bidding and place maximum bids well in advance of the auction close.

Auction Company Rights
The Auction Company reserves the right to:

Withdraw items

Re-catalog items

Reject bids

Refuse service to any person

All announcements made prior to the close of bidding take precedence over any written or verbal statements.

Buyer�s Contract
All bids placed constitute a binding contract to purchase. If you cannot comply with payment and removal terms, do not bid.

Shipping
No shipping is offered. Buyer is fully responsible for pickup and removal.

Failure to Pick-Up Items
All items must be removed during scheduled load-out. Failure to do so may result in penalties including, but not limited to:

Storage fees

Administrative fees

Forfeiture of items

Currency
All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Additional Terms of Sale

No returns, refunds, or adjustments

All property sells AS-IS, WHERE-IS

No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied

All bidders must be 18 years of age or older

Your bid is a legally binding contract

Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be heard in Pulaski County, Arkansas

Soft Close Explanation
If a bid is placed within the final minute of bidding, the closing time for that item will be extended by one (1) minute. This process will continue until no bids are placed for a full one-minute period. This ensures a fair and transparent bidding environment.
